Minervino "Minner" Labrador Jr.
Minner graduated with a BA degree in Religion and a minor in Biblical Languages from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee. In 1995 he obtained a Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University in Michigan, was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1999 and will complete his doctoral degree soon.Churches where he has ministered have caught the fire of the Holy Spirit and have grown both numerically and spiritually. Many long time members have expressed a great spiritual awakening under his leadership. He believes ministry directly to men will enhance the lives of women and children.
Media Gospel is a non-profit 501(c)3 ministry that Minner and Evelyn founded in 2000 along with other God led-visionaries. In 2001 Minner began a radio program on WTBN 570 and 910 entitled, “Divine Direction Live Radio.” Its design was to, “meet the needs of today’s man and the women who love them.” It was an amazing team of people who put together programs on topics such as, the differences of the sexes, the cheaters and the cheated, parenting, male identity, anger management, marital strife, competition, and addictions. For almost three years Divine Direction aired live five times a week in Tampa Bay. In 2009 Labrador recorded the television program "Old Man New Man" which airs locally and nationally. He presently serves as lead pastor of the Sharon Church, Men's Ministries DIrector of the Carolina Conference and as North American Division Men's Ministries Coordinator.
God has given Minner a heart of Wisdom. He’s shown a supernatural ability to communicate the will of God in the most practical way. He uses a long list of personal and illustrative stories that help those in his seminars grasp God’s will in their marriages and relationships. Practical, simple and profound are the words that best describe his delivery. Today, he is a sought after speaker for conventions and seminars. He brings with him an apostolic gift making him able to meet the needs of God’s diverse people.
